Why I do this
Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how the right guidance early on can make a lasting difference. During my time at Hilti, I had the opportunity to mentor and coach interns and graduate trainees, helping them successfully transition into permanent roles across supply chain, operations, and business functions.

In addition, I have been actively involved in the D-MTEC Mentoring Program at ETH Zurich, supporting master’s students as they shape their career direction, refine their goals, and prepare for entry into highly competitive industries. These experiences have reinforced my belief that coaching is not just about advice — it’s about unlocking potential and building future leaders.
