About me
Hello and welcome — I’m Giorgos, a supply chain and logistics professional turned consultant, passionate about helping people and businesses grow.
For more than 9 years at Hilti, a global leader in construction technology, I worked across multiple roles in supply chain, S&OP, planning, and digital transformation, leading strategic projects and shaping end-to-end operations. This journey taught me how global businesses scale, how processes evolve, and how strong collaboration drives real impact.
Today, as a consultant with Valantic, I focus on supporting companies in designing and transforming their supply chain strategies, crafting Target Operating Models, and navigating their journey within Operational Excellence and mainly S&OP implementation.
Beyond corporate consulting, I love sharing this knowledge with university students, helping them take their first confident steps into the world of supply chain and operations, and with start-ups, guiding them as they build scalable and efficient business models from the ground up.
